Rabbits

Help us build up records for this under recorded mammal for Jersey. Surprisingly we have little records for rabbits and they are ecosystem engineers - creating sheltered spots for butterflies, mining bees and reptiles. Their sandy patches are heat traps and they create networks of burrows that are used by other species to get out of bad weather.
