Theme

Biodiversity Losses and Gains: Are We on Target?

Aim

The Convention on Biological Diversity was ratified by the United Kingdom on 3rd June 1994.  At the same time, the treaty was      extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey alongside other crown dependencies and overseas territories. This conference will be based around the Strategic Plan for Biodiversity 2011-2020 goals, including Aichi Biodiversity Targets

Vision

From this conference we want attendees to be informed on the current state of biodiversity and feel empowered on their future role with conservation.

Presentations

Will last 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions. Presenters have been asked to answer a question that links with the Aichi Biodiversity Targets.
