Data search requests

The data that we collate is available to anyone with a legitimate interest. We hold extensive datasets on a wide range of taxa, including protected species, for Jersey and its territorial waters.

Our fees for standard protected species data searches to inform commercial ecological surveys are £120 per data search for each site, namely:

• 1km buffer for all protected species.
• 3km buffer for bat species.

Should your data search requirements differ from the standard commercial protected species data search detailed above, please contact us to obtain a quote prior to submitting your request.

To submit a request for data please read our data use agreement and submit a completed data request form (including a grid reference or map of the search area) via email to: jbc@societe.je
